Midas was entrusted with the complete lifecycle of the electrical and mechanical works. Our mission was to transform a sophisticated industrial blueprint into a high-performance reality, adhering to the rigorous “Grade A” standards required for food-grade environments.
1. Full-Scale Electrical Execution
We executed the entire electrical framework for this fully automated facility. Our team managed the installation of:
- Main Switchgear & Distribution Boards: Robust power management systems designed to handle the high-load demands of automated processing lines.
- Automation Wiring: Precision cabling and connectivity to support the plant’s integrated robotic and conveyor systems.

2. SEWA Liaison & Compliance
Navigating the regulatory landscape is where Midas excels. We successfully secured SEWA (Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority) approvals by managing the entire process end-to-end:
- Preparation of detailed as-built and technical drawings.
- Rigorous site inspections to ensure 100% compliance with Sharjah’s utility standards.
- Execution of all site works required for final energization and water connection.
3. Comprehensive MEP Works
Beyond power, Midas ensured the facility’s internal “nervous system” was optimized for food safety:
